Soot is an antisocial NPC added by the mod Eli & Dylan by TenebrousNova. A Dust Sprite who Eli rescued as a wee sprite (much to Dylan's chagrin), he's not quite tame. Soot is still a bit semi-feral, though he'll be happy for pats.
You can find Soot bouncing around in Eli & Dylan's house. He cannot be befriended.
