Jacob, Eloise, and Vivienne's home is half veterinarian clinic, half house. The house has several non-human occupants, including The Real Macaw, Her Ladyship Princess Midnight the Third, and a large caged raccoon.

Behind the house is Eloise's playhouse, a barn, and the grave of Delilah, Jacob's late wife and Eloise's mother.
